Terms and conditions

Currency Exchange: All transfers involving currency exchange the exchange rate is set earlier at the time of placing order.

Method of payment and Restrictions: You can pay or transfer fund to ePort using PayPal, moneybookers, wire transfer, direct deposit, Liberty Reserve, e-gold, iKobo, Xoom, Western Union and MoneyGram. Some payment methods may not be available to all countries. Please refer available payment methods by country listings. If you pay or transfer fund using payment method not available to your country ePort immediately cancel your order and refund the balance back to the original source of funding. You will also be liable for any fees that comes from financial institutions as a result.

Sending Limit: You may not send money per day more than one times. If you place more than one order per day, the second order will be processed in the following day.

Notification: ePort calls recipient immediately after receiving order and notifies availability of fund and provides instruction how to collect the fund.

Requirements: A recipient is unconditionally required to show ID card when collecting money and give answer to security questions. However under certain circumstances these requirement may be waived. If a recipient can not show id, please contact us and we will let you know if the circumstance allows to grant id waiver.

Refunds: Refund may be given upon request provided payments have not been made to recipient and enough time is left for canceling the order. In general one day prior notice is required to cancel orders. At the time when the refund is approved the full send amount is given. But refund is not given on transfer fee and other service charges.

General: Customer agree that use of this service provided by ePort to transmit money is only for legally permitted purposes.
